TEMPORAL CHANGES IN THE OPERATION OF THE RADIOTHERAPY CENTER IN KRAKOW

From March 16 until further notice, only patients can enter the center for oncological diagnosis and treatment. All therapies will be continued, but the dates of subsequent radiotherapy fractions may change - please be understanding.
Follow-up visits are carried out via teleconsultation - each patient will receive individual guidelines in this regard.
All patients must undergo a mandatory temperature measurement upon entering the facility. Unfortunately, people with a temperature above 38 degrees will not be admitted until they rule out coronavirus infection. This rule is primarily intended to protect other patients who, due to their health condition and oncological history, are at increased risk of acute infection.

Patients are also asked to complete a questionnaire upon entry to exclude contacts with people suspected of coronavirus infection and symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.

After entering the center, please wash and disinfect your hands.

Please also allow extra time for your visit as administrative processing times may be longer due to reduced staffing.

Please limit the time you spend at the center to the minimum necessary.

We assure you that we are monitoring the official announcements and recommendations of the Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Chief Sanitary Inspector on an ongoing basis and we will immediately take appropriate actions, about which we will keep you updated.

Yours faithfully,
Management Team of the Amethyst Radiotherapy Center
