ANNIVERSARY CAMPAIGN "DEFEAT CANCER"

The 5th edition of the nationwide educational campaign "Beat Cancer" published by Medical Media Solutions is held under the slogan "Build your immunity". The publication opens with a statement by Prof. Ph.D. Jacek Fijuth, President of the Polish Oncological Society, who explains why the growing incidence of cancer is a great challenge for all of us and why we should know as much as possible about proper prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

In addition, you can also read texts including: about the challenges of Polish oncology and rehabilitation, which becomes an integral element of the treatment process in oncological diseases. Among the specialists speaking in this publication is also Dr. Marcin Hetnał, director of the Amethyst Radiotherapy Center. He talks about brachytherapy, which gives very good results in the case of head and neck, skin and prostate cancer. In the case of the latter, it is an alternative to difficult surgical removal.
