The pouring of concrete for the bunkers in which the accelerators will work in the future has started. The bunkers constitute the heart of the radiotherapy center.

Concrete of special thickness and durability separates the accelerators from the surroundings to make the therapy process completely safe.

The Amethyst Radiotherapy Center in Zgorzelec is the second center of this international network in Poland. It is being created at the Multispecialty Hospital in Zgorzelec.

Concreting of the bunker walls is scheduled for September, and finishing works will begin in October.
