AMETHYST RADIOTHERAPY CENTER SUPPORTS THE XNUMXth KRAKOW CONFERENCE

Two specialists from the Amethyst Radiotherapy Center will be speakers during the XNUMXth Krakow Conference "CANCER - Know, Fight, Win - new directions in treatment".

The XNUMXth Krakow Conference is organized by the Urszula Smok Foundation "Podaruj Życie", which helps people suffering from leukemia and other cancers on a daily basis. This year's edition will be related to new directions in oncological treatment. Among the lecturers who will appear on Friday, November 25 in the Collegium Medicum building of the Jagiellonian University, there will be two specialists from the Amethyst Radiotherapy Center. Marcin Hetnał, M.D., Ph.D. director of the center, will discuss the evolution (and revolution) in modern radiotherapy, which has moved from 2D to 4D imaging. Whereas Krzysztof Bereza, MD, PhD will talk about the role of combined treatment in the treatment of gynecological cancers.

The conference is an excellent opportunity for doctors to exchange experiences and present new methods in the fight against cancer. Honorary patronage was taken by prof. Ph.D. Tomasz Grodzicki, vice-rector of the Jagiellonian University for Collegium Medicum.

The project is implemented with the support of the Municipality of Kraków. Admission to the conference - after notifying the organizers of your willingness to participate - is free.
